They’re available on the Documents page as downloadable PDFs. If you need printed copies, contact the secretary.

Who enforces the covenants and how are violations handled?

The Board enforces CC&Rs. Process: notice, opportunity to cure, fines or corrective action per the enforcement policy.

How can I get involved with the HOA?

Attend meetings, join a committee, or contact the Board to volunteer. Election notices are posted before the Annual Meeting.

What are the rules for parking and rentals?

Specific rules are listed in the CC&Rs and Rules & Regulations document (see Documents). For short-term rentals, contact the Board.

How are assessments (dues) calculated and when are they due?

Assessments are set by the Board per the budget and Bylaws. Contact the Treasurer for account questions.

What is the process to request an architectural change (fence, paint, addition)?

Submit an Architectural Review Request form (available in Documents). Include plans/photos; allow up to 30 days for review.

How do I report a maintenance issue in common areas?

Use the Contact form, choose “Maintenance Issue,” and include location and photos if available.

How are board elections run and how can I run for a position?

Elections happen at the Annual Meeting. Candidates submit nomination forms by the deadline posted on the website and via notice.
